Tk6 Terms & Conditions – Please read before using the platform

1. General Terms

Tk6 (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk6 website and all associated services.

By registering or using tk6's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using tk6's services.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on tk6, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Each individual may only hold one tk6 account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be your own and will need to be verified.
• Keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact tk6 Support immediately.
• Once registration is complete, tk6 may request KYC verification at any time.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Tk6's services are intended for users aged 18 and above only. Helping a minor open an account or play games is a direct violation of both the law and tk6's policies.

At any stage of registration, tk6 may request a National ID, passport, or driving licence to verify your age. Withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

Tk6 supports multiple deposit methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket, ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any deposit made from another person's mobile or account will be returned and the account will be investigated.
• Tk6 charges no deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are usually instant. If there is a delay, please contact Support.
• Tk6 may place a hold on suspicious deposits until verification is complete.

5. Withdrawal Rules

Certain conditions must be met before withdrawing funds from tk6. These requirements are in place to prevent fraud and protect our players.

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while a bonus is active.
• You may withdraw by cancelling an active bonus, but the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Tk6 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only and applies to the first deposit.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 15x–30x). This must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Tk6 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Betting Rules

Tk6 has separate rules for Sports Betting and casino games. Certain general rules apply across all types of betting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in certain specific circumstances).
• If an event is cancelled, bets are generally voided and the staked amount is refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Tk6 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Hedge betting — placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same match to guarantee a risk-free profit — is strictly prohibited.
• All casino game outcomes are fully random, ensured by RNG certification.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk6. Anyone found engaging in them will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

• Using tk6 for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other players.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Depositing using stolen cards or accounts.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Tk6 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons.

• If these Terms are violated.
• If an account is registered with false or incomplete information.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false documents are submitted.
• If the account holder is found to be a minor.
• When directed by law enforcement authorities.
• If you request it yourself.

If a permanently closed account holds a legitimate balance and no Terms violation has occurred, the funds will be returned following an investigation.

10. Responsible Gaming

Tk6 is committed to responsible gaming. We want every player to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, not as something that causes harm.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account dashboard.
• You have the option to take a temporary or permanent break from gaming through self-exclusion.

13. Technical Errors

• If a bet is lost due to a system outage, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Tk6 is not liable for any issues caused by loss of internet connectivity.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

Tk6 operates under an international gaming licence. Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the regulations of the licensing authority.

If you have a complaint or claim against tk6, please attempt to resolve it through our support team first. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, alternative dispute resolution procedures may be pursued.
